How to order?

- After choosing products from our brochure/catalog, please contact us for quotation (tailor made dimensions also welcome).
- We then will provide you the proforma invoice with prices, dimensions, cbm, finishing details, payment term and bank details, packing details and delivery time.
- Upon your confirmation of our proforma invoice by emailing us copy of TT of down payment, we start production.

Minimum order?

Furniture: minimum order 1 x 20/40 : 10/ITEMS
Handicraft: minimum order $3000

Can you provide us samples?

Yes, we can provide you samples upon request. Samples with a total FOB value up to US$ 100,- are free of charge, however the transport costs are on collect basis out of our factory.

Production time?

1 x 20”FT : 8 weeks
1 x 40 ST/40HC/45HC: 10 weeks

multiple containers : 1 week after the first container

Standard documents that MKA provides?

1. Commercial invoice and packing list
2. Bill of lading
3. Certificate of origin Form A or B
4. Certificate of fumigation

This documents will be sent to you by courier upon receipt of email/fax of balance payment, please be advised that we need +/- 2 weeks to prepare the documents, in order to avoid delay on documents receiving please email us copy of TT of balance payment at least one week after our email of copy BL.

Non toxic clear/stained coat (shellac) is chosen for the finishing

What is your moisture level tolerance?

Our moisture level tolerance is 14%

Do you have any problems with cracking?

Please be advised that the crack up to 5 mm and imperfections might be visible and is considered acceptable, the size may vary up to 3 cm and the color painting also may vary.

How do you anticipate against wood worm?

As prevention against woodworm we dip our timber in kerosene-chemical composition. After loading we fumigate each container with methyl bromide 96 gr/m3 and for this we provide you with fumigation certificate.

(non toxic liquid smoke for woodworm prevention is under development)

What kind of wood do you use for your furniture?

Recycled hardwood, painted recycled wood, naturally fallen trees, such as Mango, Acacia, Mahogany, Teak, Borneo/Kruing wood, Black wood/Sonokeling wood and other Javanese wood.

How to care for the furniture?

Wipe clean with mild and damp cloth, then wipe dry, apply furniture polish every three months.
This product is not recommend for outside use.

How many pieces and what is the approximate amount in USD that can be loaded in a container?

For mix item in 1 x 40 HC approximately 400 pieces equivalent with approximate FOB value EUR 15.000. For precise loadability, the volume in 20” is 28m3, 40” STC is 58 m3 and 40” HC is 68 m3.

Can you make bar coding/labeling for us?

Yes, we can if you provide us the sample.
