Our minimum order quantity is 10 pieces per item colour equivalent to one full 20ft container, this is valid for single face packing option.
Minimum order for box packing is 10 pieces per item colour with A4 paper printing that is sticked on the box, and 50 pieces per item color for the printing direclty on box.
6 to 8 weeks for order a 20FT container depending on the variety of items on order.
8 to 10 weeks for order a 40HC container depending on the variety of items on order. Multiple containers have a lead time of 2 weeks after the 1st container when the order is placed at once.
The wood certificate we have is V-Legal (SVLK), but we have been complied with EUTR regulation. BSCI certificate is in the renewal process. We are still considering the FSC for its cost and benefits.
We have conducted EN1250-16 testing on some of our stools in collaboration with our clients. In general, when the client requires a certain test on our products, we are happy to provide and send the samples to an accredited testing laboratory, the testing costs are covered by our clients.
Our standard maximum moisture content is 12% to 14%.
We are able to provide samples of either your own designs or our existing collection. Samples are free of charge up to a value of $100, at ex-factory basis.

All finishes are water-based, low-toxic, and carry MSDS certified qualifications.
There are 3 categories of packing options available:
1. Single corrugated packing paper with corner protection, ideal for direct sales, this way of packing saves space in the container and have less waste footprint.
2. Box packing, 5 ply carton boxes packing with a 7,5% additional charge for one-on-one packing. Basic printing options are available in up to two colours on four sides. This packing option is recommended if vertical storage is required for warehousing.
3. Mail Order Packing,5 ply boxes with corner protection to pass drop tests. Additional on cost may vary depending to the level protection needed.

Please note that the woods are organic material, they expand during summer and shrinks during winter, they come with their inner beauty as we as their organic shortcomings, although prevention have taken place in our warehouse like dipping for infestation, kiln dry for warping or cracking.
UV light exposure for surface mould and internal/external fumigation for second barrier infestation. We still receive inputs from our clients, that upon arrival you can expect a decent percentage of repair needed goods, by up to 20 pcs to be need of light servicing and this is to be expected.
We can provide your logo as long as the design is not too sophisticated to produce locally. You also have the option to combine it with our material sources text on the back of the hangtag.
