What types of wood do you use? Can I request a specific kind of wood?

We mostly use mahogany, teak, and various mixed recycled woods (as explained in our "Material Sources"). A request of the specific kind of wood for our recycled wood is unfortunately not possible since the material available is always different upon the availability.

What is your minimum order quantity (in general)?

MOQ for furniture 10 pcs / item and for handicraft 50 pcs / item in one 20ft container mixed items.

Small order quantity like LCL or combined shipment is possible upon request equivalent of $ 3000 mixed items at ex-factory based on above MOQ.

What is your minimum order per article?

Our minimum order quantity is 10 pieces per item colour equivalent to one full 20ft container, this is valid for single face packing option.

Minimum order for box packing is 10 pieces per item colour with A4 paper printing that is sticked on the box, and 50 pieces per item color for the printing direclty on box.

What is your lead time?

6 to 8 weeks for order a 20FT container depending on the variety of items on order.

8 to 10 weeks for order a 40HC container depending on the variety of items on order. Multiple containers have a lead time of 2 weeks after the 1st container when the order is placed at once.

What wood certification do you have available?

The wood certificate we have is V-Legal (SVLK), but we have been complied with EUTR regulation. BSCI certificate is in the renewal process. We are still considering the FSC for its cost and benefits.

We have conducted EN1250-16 testing on some of our stools in collaboration with our clients. In general, when the client requires a certain test on our products, we are happy to provide and send the samples to an accredited testing laboratory, the testing costs are covered by our clients.

What is your moisture tolerance?

Our standard maximum moisture content is 12% to 14%.

Can you provide us with samples?

We are able to provide samples of either your own designs or our existing collection. Samples are free of charge up to a value of $100, at ex-factory basis.

What available finishing colours do you have?

We have 2 kinds of finishing method as follows:

Our Rustic Finishes:
Rustic Country White, Rustic White Wash, Shuter White, Shuter Black, Rustic Grey, Rustic Scratches Honey, Rustic Brown, Natural.

Our Smooth Finishes:
Honey, Grey Honey, Teak a Look, Curly French, Light Brown, Dark Brown, Solid Black.

All finishes are water-based, low-toxic, and carry MSDS certified qualifications.

How do you pack your product?

There are 3 categories of packing options available:

1. Single corrugated packing paper with corner protection, ideal for direct sales, this way of packing saves space in the container and have less waste footprint.

2. Box packing, 5 ply carton boxes packing with a 7,5% additional charge for one-on-one packing. Basic printing options are available in up to two colours on four sides. This packing option is recommended if vertical storage is required for warehousing.

3. Mail Order Packing,5 ply boxes with corner protection to pass drop tests. Additional on cost may vary depending to the level protection needed.

What is your standard shipping document?

1. Commercial Invoice and Packing List
2. FLEGT or V-Legal
3. Bill of Lading
4. Certificate of origin like Form A or B (REX for Europe, IJEPA for Japan)
5. Certificate of fumigation

Do you have cracking/warping/mold or infestation issues?

Yes, we do have complaints for this issue, we try our best to control these. Please note that the woods are organic material, they expand during summer and shrinks during winter, they come with their inner beauty as we as their organic shortcomings, although prevention have taken place in our warehouse like dipping for infestation, kiln dry for warping or cracking.

UV light exposure for surface mould and internal/external fumigation for second barrier infestation. We still receive inputs from our clients, that upon arrival you can expect a decent percentage of repair needed goods, by up to 20 pcs to be need of light servicing and this is to be expected.

Can I have a hangtag made with my logo details on each item ordered?

We can provide your logo as long as the design is not too sophisticated to produce locally. You also have the option to combine it with our material sources text on the back of the hangtag.

What are your payment terms?

30% deposit, 70% balance against copy of documents. For multiple orders, roll over deposit is also possible, please contact our marketing team for more details. Clean L/C At Sight, negotiable at any bank in Indonesia.

How to order?

Please select the items, quantities, finishing preferences, and preferred packing options, and email the list to us. We will provide a proforma invoice including CBM, load ability, updated pricing, and advice on delivery timelines and payment options.

The order will be confirmed after we receive an email copy of the TT down payment or a copy of the LC at sight. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any further questions.
